Jon is an expert in direct-to-consumer advertising. He helps clients plan and manage successful projects through direct marketing tactics including direct mail, television and radio. His experience includes developing and managing all aspects of a proprietary and co-branded credit card customer base, as well as managing consumer databases to help retain current customers and slow attrition. With over 18 years’ experience, Jon builds solid relationships with his clients by listening, learning and creating solutions to marketing challenges. Jon is a graduate of Albion College with a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Economics, and he is an active volunteer and coach for his children’s schools.
