MUSKEGON, MI — RCP Marketing announced the promotion of Michael L. Davis to Vice President of Technology. In this role, Davis is responsible for leadership aligning technology with corporate-level strategy, and leading cross-functional teams in the development of web-based marketing technology solutions for the entire RC Productions family of companies including RCP Marketing, Source One Digital and The Gear Group.
RCP Marketing is one of the three businesses in the RC Productions, Inc. family of companies, also including The Gear Group (a promotional products and apparel company) and Source One Digital (a large format digital printing company). For each of the three companies and their clients, Davis is responsible for guiding the implementation and maintenance of client-facing technologies and internal applications, developed internally or acquired and implemented. He and the team of developers he manages ensure maximum uptime and stability of those applications and engage with customers and employees to improve and enhance existing systems that help drive revenue and profit margins.

For The Gear Group and Source One Digital, Mike has developed custom web-based store environments for clients to order custom apparel, promotional products and signage for their teams. Applications such as these help our clients manage their distribution of branded materials across the country to their branches, multiple divisions or affiliates while maintaining consistency controlling costs, managing co-op funds, and more.
Davis joined RCP Marketing in 2011 as the Director of Web and Interactive. Mr. Davis received a BBA in Marketing from Western Michigan University and an MBA Certificate in Design & Innovation Management from Kendall College of Art and Design.
