Jane has been an integral part of RCP’s growth since joining the company in 1997. Yes, it’s true she was hired in the parking lot of a local ice arena.  She served on the board of the local hockey association with Randy Crow for several years prior to being hired at RCP and eventually became the company’s Vice President in 2011. In this role she manages the company’s finances and leads the accounting team. She also serves as our office and human resources manager. Jane holds an accounting degree from Ferris State University.  In her spare time she likes to watch hockey (Go Wings!) and travel (Viva Las Vegas!).
